Premieres Sunday, Aug. 7 at 8pm e/p

It is hard to define this because there is no theological text on how God created the universe. Science cannot show proof either way. So at this point, there is no answer on either side of the equation.

Does this mean that God does not exist? Faith is something totally different than religion. When most religion is in question only the Aramaic Religions are talked about. There were many faith systems before and after. Why are these few only being talked about? It might be due to these religions are the only ones that are making all the fuss.

I am a Wiccan. I believe that my faith is on a different plain of existence of the physical world. I am sure there are other Wiccans out there they do not agree with my views. I also am at awe with science in just about every way. To me science and religion are not in conflict. I was not threaten my what Stephen Hawking had said and believes in this episode.

He is the most intelligent man I have ever experience. This does not mean I agree with everything he says or believes in. I never fallow anyone blindly, even Wicca. As I started to learn about Wicca, I found out how much it parallels with science. In fact, Wicca goes it own way and allows others to go theirs. Amazing to me, Christianity teaches tolerance and it is the Christians that tolerates the least in life.

There is more to faith/religion than how the universe was created. It is important to know how things work and the history of the universe, but nothing in life can show there is no God or there is one. We have life. For us to live on day after day, what is more important: end the debate of who created the universe or how we live for tomorrow?

Faith is more than the physical existence. To me at least it is the means of defining who we really are in life, what is inside...our soul. If we can be self aware, that has to do with the mind than the physical life. It more than that if one goes deep into that aspect of life. As I write my stories and post them online, where did all that I have written come from?

My point is life is more than how did the universe started. It is important to learn about life and history itself, but I don't give a squat who created the universe when I continue to write my stories and live my life day after day. There is more to life than the details of life.

As with all faiths/religions love is the underline foundation. Before we can show love towards others, we need to first show love for ourselves. It is not all that hard to do. It is simply the trained attitudes that we all need to focus on.

What is the means of how we can make a stand to a better nation as individuals? Before their is teamwork, it takes individuals to first live their own lives. When we mature in our lives, we can then achieve teamwork.

Team

Without a team where will we be?
Everything revolves around a team.
Ball games cannot be played.
A movie cannot be made.
Nothing can be done without a team.
For a team to be, it takes cooperation.
Even though there are individuals in
every team, it takes these individuals
to work in harmony.
When a team works together as they
should, everyone receives the goods.
Never say, “I” as a team. It is the “we”
that makes the team.

-- Brandon Bowers --

No one lives alone in life. Even when we are single, we need others. Many faiths states that the soul will live forever, and the body is temporal. If the body is temporal or not, it is just as important. If we do not take care of our health that temporal status can be drastically shortened.

Sleep is a very important aspect of life. We are machines in a biological means, but our machines (body) needs rest, at least eight hours of sleep. There are rare occasions that some people can live with out eight hours, but I would not suggest we all put it to the test in our own lives.

We need to take care of our health ourselves. We cannot just allow government to do it for us alone. It is our body. It is our responsibility to take care of it. The “Big Brother” ideologies is not Constitutional.

After watching the first video, it has enlighten me to check out Brain Greene’s book, “The Elegant Universe” from the library. I have always loved science. I think this will be my first book I have read on quantum physics. I also have a fondness for nature. There is so much life on Earth that we all know about, and a lot more that we do not know about.

Science and computer technology are the fast growing aspect in life today. Right now, Wicca is the fastest growing religion in the United States of America. Wicca is a Pagan faith/religion. Paganism can mean a lot of things. Basically Paganism is a natural faith, so is Wicca. This means that the Pagans bring all life on Earth into their religious practices.

Science and religion both ask the same question, “Why are we here on Earth?” With advanced science studies, like quantum physics, it seems to me that both science and Pagan faiths are on the same understandings of finding the answer to that unending question. It might be that these two understandings have to work together to rightfully answer this question. After all, we have over six billion people alive on Earth. I believe that each human being has their own answer in them, and different than all the rest.

Maybe that is why science cannot come to an absolute conclusion on so many scientific discoveries. What is actually real in life? Are there really absolutes in life? What defines things in our lives? Is there only one quantum to find the answers to life?

“Luke, you will find many of the truths we cling to depend upon our own point of view” –-Obi Wan, Star Wars: Return of the Jedi

Neither quantum physics nor Paganism define chaos. I personally believe that everything in life has a reason. We might not fully understand that reason, but there it is. Either we follow our life path or we do not. We all have to live our lives for ourselves, with our own point of view.”

Neither quantum physics nor Paganism is knocking laws and protocols in every day life. We must have laws in a government to protect law abiding citizens. We must have laws in science to organize the complexity of life itself. Without laws and other protocols, we would have chaos. Laws and protocols do not destroy free choices, but protect the ones that freely makes them.

There is no chaos in either science nor religion. It all has a purpose in life. We all have a purpose in life. Both science and religion is a guide to understanding that purpose. Think about a life that has no religion/faith or science. Would we love one another. It was that faith practice we grew up with that taught us about love.

What would we be as a human race without science. Through the years we have learned more about nature and all forms of life due to science. It has been very recent, in the scale of how long we have live on Earth, that we have come to realize that we need to take care of our planet. If it was not for our advanced science, would we have known what we know today? I personally do not think so. Both religion and science has been around for centuries, but it was in the late 20th Century that we have come to realize the damage we have put upon our own planet.

Damaging nature has nothing to do with technology. In the Middle Ages they had a serious global warming problem. They did not have computers, science, or any mechanical devices to destroy the ozone layer. They only had themselves. Due to the high warming period, they had the Black Plague. They thought the world was coming to an immediately end.

During those times, they thought they did something to displease the Gods. It was about that time, in Europe, that the Roman Catholic Church took over. Unfortunately they abused their power. Even under all the complete and total mayhem that was going on, there was no reason to torture and murder thousands of people because of they did not appear to worship in the way they Roman Catholic Church wanted them to do.

Today in the 21st Century, we still have power hungry people using religion as a means for power. What is so amazing about it, they get away with it. I mean, so many people blindly follow these “so called” religion leaders. Why do they follow these people? Does it have to due with their own ignorance?

Due to these abuse of power does not mean we should throw science and religion in the garbate. When these individuals do cause mayhem, the law should deal with them on a one on one basis. Taking away religion and science from the rest of us will not cure the problem. Knowledge is power, not ignorance. If we stumble for whatever reason, we simply get back up and continue.

I do not know if I will write a new blog post on every chapter, but I will continue to write on what I do read from this book. The wonders are too great to not share them. That is the power of science and religion.

Brandon Bowers

Contact Me:
Can these questions really be answered?

The common denominator, or at least how I look at it, everyone of us are different from another.

I strongly believe that science needs to answer this question “Why are some people smarter than others?” in every way that science can. The results will allow schools to do a much better job in teaching. The United States of America is NOT one the top 10 list in teaching students. I strongly believe that once we understand why people are different in intelligence, we can the educational process will dramatically improve.

I believe at least on a basic level why people are smarter than others is that the human brain is different with each of us. We do not all think the same things, believe in the same things, how we process information is different, etc. Get the point? If three people were walking on a road, and came to a fork of three roads it is a good chance each person will pick a different road.

<div id="814caf4f-31b1-4495-9de6-23fdc63bca05" style="margin: 0px;

In this scenario let’s state that at the end of these three different roads leads to the same spot at the end. In life we know and understand the concept that all roads do lead to Rome, but in reality, we will choose our own paths. This is right and proper in a free society. We want to make our own choices no matter what may lie ahead. If we are willing to work hard at it, we will make it at the end of the journey.

As we walk our different paths, each of us will start to understand that things will be easy at times while hard on others. If someone else took the same path, they might conclude that the entire journey was far too easy. My point here is to state that how each of us perceives things makes all the difference. That is one way we are different intellectually. They are many, many others reasons also.

If scientist add up all the plusses (higher intelligence) and all the minuses (lower intelligence) the grand total will be in the middle. This means that we are human beings, no better or worse than the other. When we work together, we can get things done as a human race than through individuality.

I have always seen children as very intelligent beings. What they need is experience. I strongly believe that all understandings is based on observation. If anything that children will do in their live, they will observe. They are the best observers. In this children has learned many things.

It is said that children are the future of a society. We need to know how to interact with children, so they can continue to develop in an adult world. When they do grow up to be adults, children can be able to learn and grow at the level they should. That is the biggest problem with education systems in the United States today. Everything is too political, and children do not care to react to the political system.

Children cannot come close to understand politics. They are only focused with what is around them. Children cannot understand outside of their own little world. If they cannot see it or experience it, then it does not exist to them. When educators can go inside their world, then they can learn things about life outside their point of view.

Children had the understandings, but they need the means to apply it. Application is always the key to life. When we allow children to be themselves while they are being educated, they can learn beyond expectations. Educating a child is a two-way street. Children do not learn by getting them to do the work on their own. The educator has to interact with them as they learn.

There is always a time one has to think for themselves. if one cannot think freely, then it is not thinking. Blind actions is not freedom. There must be freedom to learn. There is a place for discipline, and there is a time for allowing others to freely learn.

When children can freely learn, they can metabolize and remember what they have been taught a lot better than being told they have to do it this way or that way. Bottom line, every person never thinks alike. One educational method will not work with everyone. That is why one-on-one teaching is very important to children of all ages.

If we all want a better country, get out of our economic rut, and keep that better life, then we must understand the mind of a child. Us adults can learn something about our own selves if we truly interact with children. We need to allow children to have the freedom to achieve things on their own.

Brandon Bowers

Contact Me:

BloggerFacebookFriendfeedLinkedinTwitter I think FDA needs to do a better job in stopping these medications at the gate before the reach the consumers.

The power of the pharmaceuticals is getting out of hand. I have nothing against people make a lot of money. More power to them. When it comes to making money at the risk of others, than that is DEAD WRONG!! No country in the world can be perfect, but in the United States of America, we know better. Our federal government should never have allow any medical field to allow dangerous things to happen. I wonder how this new Health Reform will deal with these abuses?

Will the federal government allow the pharmaceuticals to get away with selling dangerous medications, or will they control what does get put on the shelves? I would like for President Obama to talk about this aspect of the Health Reform. There is a lot more than what he has talked about that needs to be "reformed." WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, needs to keep on doing research, make our own comments on all sorts of social networking, and make sure that the best is done in this Health Reform.

I trust President Obama, but I do not have the same respect with the rest of our Federal Government. President Obama appears to be a great man, and I am sure he is that way. The solution does not lie in him alone. Even President Obama has said that we all must do our part. We cannot sit on our butts, and allow things to get worse. It is up to all of us to change things and keep it right.

This posting is not to be negative, but to state that importance of how our government regulates our medications that we need to be healthy and not sicker. Health care should be in the hands of all of us, the scientist, the government, the doctors, and all us citizens. The power is ours to use. If we do not start doing tings right for ourselves, it might be too late to wait for our government to do it for us. There is a time for government and there is a time we can do it ourselves.

The best way I know how we all can make a difference is for us to communicate with our doctors. If they refuse to listen to their patience, then they need to realize their patients can go elsewhere. Do not be afraid to front your doctor if it is needed to do so. I am not saying be a jerk about it. One can be respectful while at the same time draw a line in the sand. It is your health that is important.

Why is Science Important?

Why is Science Important? from Alom Shaha on Vimeo.

Now for the science side of this posting. After all this blog is a science blog and not a political one. The best and just about the only country in the world is the United States of America. We have had scientist working on cures for tons of diseases through the years. A lot of cures have been found right here in the USA. That is why I have a science blog in the first place. To show my respect and knowledge I have learned about science.

Where would we be without science? Right now as you read this post, science and technology are the two fast growing things in the world today. These two are so big and powerful that no government cannot fully control it. Maybe that is why it is hard for the FDA to catch these risky medications before they are put on the shelves. I also can realize that a lot of medications do not make it on the shelves due to the hard work of the FDA.

Science is very important. After watching the video above, I thought about what we had before science. What we had before science was Astrology, Numerology, tarot cards, and the rest. I have understood, and I coudl be wrong, that science is evolution of these things before we had science. I also thought, as I watched this video, why religion is so against science. That made me think that science is a evolution of not religion, but spirituality.

What is spirituality? I believe it to be the means of finding who we are and why we are here alive on Earth as a human species and as individuals. What? Wait a minute! Does not science do the same thing? Yes it does. How can science tell me about me as an individual? Keep learning about science now, and you will find those answers as well as many more questions.

Science to me is spirituality and much, much more. It allows scientist of all ages to write their own reasons for existing and why their are so much life around us all. Scientist are not playing God. What they are doing is curing diseases that cannot be cured otherwise if it was not for science. When pharmaceuticals do more in making a profit than caring for finding cures for the reason of the medications in the first place, than that is a lot worse than playing God.

Do not feel sorry for the pharmaceuticals companies. They make more money than most can count less alone dream about. With all this money, one might think that these pharmaceuticals could do a better job in how they create the medications that are meant to cure the diseases. By any means I am not stating that we should not have better medications. We are healthier and have lived a lot longer than people in the Dark Ages has done.

I am very grateful for all that are working hard for cures. Please keep donating what money you can afford to give to these medical organizations. I would love to see a cure for Multiple Sclerosis, Breast Cancer, and all the other major diseases that have horrified mankind for many years. I also would want to see people live without these diseases before I die.

Another issue that could be, and let me say "could be" an issue with this Health Care Reform. If some politicians could misuse their power over the health care system, it could put us back in the Dark Age of outer Mongolia as far as medical research in concerned. As they say, "Complete power corrupts absolutely." That is why every American needs to take part in the chances of our great country. If we can show our governments that we can do things ourselves, than they will allow us to do so.

Brandon Bowers

Contact Me:

BloggerFacebookFriendfeedLinkedinTwitter

<fieldset class="zemanta-related"><legend class="zemanta-related-title">Related articles by Zemanta</legend>

Poll Shows Most Americans Want Public Health Care (themoderatevoice.com)

Eight Signs that Wellness and Prevention have become Health Reform Priorities (thehealthcareblog.com)

Obama Lauds Drug Deal for Elderly, Says 'Yes We Can' on Health Care Reform (crooksandliars.com)

Why Obamas Geeky New CIO Wants to Put All Govt Info Online (wired.com)

FDA weighs options to reduce painkiller overdoses (ctv.ca)

Smoking!
From the February 2009 issue of the National Geographic Magazine, I did not even get done reading the article "What Darwin Didn't Know" before I was so impelled to write what I believe strongly on this issue. I personally believe in evolution 100%.

It amazes me with hardly in information and none of it is proof or faction that Christians can pick the ever so few verses of the Bible and say Creation is real and factual. That one verse stating "God created the heavens and the earth" shows very little. What is it saying? How did he create all that, and how long did it all come to pass? From the original Hebrew, it is really 7 days as in 24 hours? There are more questions then answers in these verses.

Episode 2: What Darwin Didn't Know

Even though I do believe in evolution, I have never believed in the randomness of it Darwin's theory. I have seen so much evidence that nothing is truly random. In time one can find a logical and methodical pattern to any form of random behavior. There has to be a better way to explain evolution then through "natural selection."

One might see that natural selection might work, but life itself is far to complex to follow any one pattern for a long period of time. Does this prove that creationism is the answer? No it does not, but it does show that through science we can understand how life has evolved a lot better then in Darwin's day.

Evolution is in everything in life. One can look back several decades and see how mankind has evolved with all forms of life. We have better technology then the first settlers in Jamestown. It would be very interesting to know how life would be different if they had the medicine we have today in the 21st Century. I would also be interesting to see how the average person today could adapt to that time period.

Right now, we are facing a constant changing environmental system. As it has changed on a very slow gradual means, we are still alive and living longer then every before. Change is not a scary thing. It is a part of life that we face on a daily basis. That is evolution.

Evolution: On the Front Lines Part One

 <div class="wlWriterSmartContent" id="scid:5737277B-5D6D-4f48-ABFC-DD9C333F4C5D:1f68d4a4-f478-4277-bd45-eddda401b05a" style="padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px;

What is science? It is a lot of things. Basically, science is the study of life in all forms and disciplines. Science shows facts. It is not a religion. Science does more to disprove then prove something. That is how research is done. A scientist must show what something is not to be able to show what it is. Proof is a must!

What is faith? That is a lot of things. Faith is based on personal understandings and beliefs. That can be very close to how another believes or completely 180 degrees different from another. Faith does not proof at all. If Christ never was a man in real life, would that cancel out Christianity? I say not. To really kill out faith is to kill freedom from individuals. History has recorded that even under a tyrant government, there are still individual freedoms. There are people that have faith in any religion under these tyrant governments.

Science and faith are two separate entities. There are not opposites of each other. Faith is the measure of a believe system. Science is the means of proof through denying what something is not. Through technology, science has improved on how it does study all life and things. Faith does not need technology of any kind to spark or to continue with that faith. This does not mean that faith is ignorance, but faith does not need to proof or deny anything for it to exist.

With science, one have to understand the word "theory." What does that word mean? One have to define the word "evidence." As in part 6 of the video "Evolution: On the Front Lines," theory has tons of facts and proof to back it up. Remember, science is more of denial then proving something. Actually, that is how you prove anything, by saying what it is not.

In faith there is nothing to really prove. Faith does not need proof in order to apply it in one's life. Faith is not necessarily blind. True faith is the experience of one person with understandings throughout their life. Faith is not a physical reality, but mental and emotional reality. Most call this a spiritual reality or spiritual life.

Evolution vs Religion

I have to admit, Rev. Michael Dowd has an interesting point. By better understanding of oneself, their faith can be enriched. My be that is why the Christian Bible warns against hatred. If we hate, what enlightenment is there? If we are blinded by one-sided viewpoint, what hope is there for a future?

Knowledge enhances all aspects of life. Ignorance does nothing. It has nothing to rely on. Ignorance is a void. With faith and knowledge of science works together as a team player while being separate entities something wonderful can evolve from it. Let me show you this in a mathematical equation (0 times 0 = 0; 0 time n = 0; n1 times n2 = productivity.)

It appears to me that is what Rev. Michael Dowd is saying. Right now there is too much friction/arrogance between science and faith. Both sides can be just as arrogance or more so then the other. From this magazine article, it appears to me that humility has hit scientist. Now it is up to religions to become humble as well.

What is more important than who is right and who is wrong with Creationism vs evolution is how our children are being taught in schools. When a student looses out a quarter or a year, they cannot get it back. They lost that time in history forever. That lose can be very critical in a student's life. Parents, teachers, scientist, etc., put your pride in the garbage so that our children can rightfully learn all that they need to learn.

Blessed Be to Isis and you,

Real Name: Brandon Bowers

WWF - Greater Mekong a biological treasure trove: more than 1000 new species discovered in a decade

Life on Earth is very interesting indeed. It is very puzzling to me that we some scientist are going out of their way to go to the planet Mars. Why? There is so much life here on Earth. We have not found any life elsewhere anywhere in the universe, and I do not think we will find any.

Please do not get me wrong. We should explore space and its wonders, but we must do so in a more realistic ideologies. Let's face it. If we have to live within our means for our economy and our environment, then we must do it in space. That means even in our economy we might have to stop spending more money to go into space until we can get our financial doings in control.

There is so much more for scientist to do right here on Earth as this article has shown. Still scientist have not scratched the surface of all that can be learned right here on Earth. There is one thing that was not mentioned in this article: They have lived through we most call, "Global Warming."

I am for living within nature, but I do not fall for all the talk about "Global Warming." I have heard it all since I was a very young lad. Nothing even close has happen to all the catastrophes that so many have said. There is no real scientific evidence that any global disaster will occur anytime in the near or far future. Yes, we have had natural disasters, but they are so far apart of each other, it is impossible for me at least to believe that they are related to a chain of events.

Global Warming Hoax

Here are 1,000 new discovered species that are health and normal. They were not discovered dead or dying. This a science blog. This posting is to show the wonders right here on Earth. This does not mean we should throw tons of trash in streams, rivers, lakes, or even our oceans. That is just about the biggest threat that man can do to wild life on Earth. We have proven with true scientific evidence that sea life has died do to trashing our streams, rivers, and lakes. Not sure about the oceans unless it is near the bank or some land mass.

What I am saying here in this posting is that scientist should be more focused on life on Earth, and not worry about what yo-yo politicians say. We need to use a different kind of fuel consumption because the oil supply is running out. In knowing my technology, in which I do my very best to keep up with it all, we should have been using different fuel consumption decades ago. That is another reason that I am not for loading, giving, or whatever hard earned tax payer's money to the auto industries. They kept progress from the USA many years ago before NAFTA. Please do not kid yourself, they have all paws all over NAFTA today.

Here are 1000 new species to what we know today, and they have not show one sign of being effected by any climate change. This is wonderful sign of how life on Earth can adapt to just about anything anywhere on Earth. Most life can adapt to the environment then humans could every dream of doing. It is true that there are animals that have gone into extinction while mankind has been on Earth. This does not mean man was the cause of any of it. Maybe danger to being extinct, but due to man, they have come up with ways to help then to destroy.

We need to embrace life on Earth while at the same time keep advancing our own evolution of our existence. As I have said in one of my blogs, us Americans has to take care of our country because it is ours to take care of regarding the take over of NAFTA vs. a "One North American Society." We must as human beings throughout the world life within our means and strive to advance ourselves. Human progress is not ignoring or dismissing nature all around us. By our technologies, that are said to hurt the Earth, we are learning more about our Earth. Scientist found 1,000 new species.

What more can scientist discover in years to come? That is progress. That is the future of all on Earth and Earth itself. The more we all can learn as human beings of our own planet, the more we will realize how ignorant we are about our planet. Helen Keller said, "The more we know, the more we do not know."

Blessed Be to Isis and you,

It amazes me what scientist constantly find about our planet. What is shocking in a way, we know more of what is going on in the universe then we do on Earth. Is it that hard to finding things about our planet?

As I have stated before, there are evidence that man is not the cause of the global warming, but does that make the scientist that show evidence otherwise wrong? How can both be right? It makes me wonder if both sides have enough evidence to 100% state that their findings are true. Makes one wonder if science is all that exact.

Science is exact, but it is not always that easy to find the right answers. As the old saying goes, "Asking the right questions is easy, but finding the right answers is hard." On the issue of "global warming," it does not matter who or what is the cause. If we human beings can do even the smallest things to help out our environment, then we should do so, yes? Second, why continue to use old fuel consumption if we can use something better? Let's be responsible citizens of our planet.

Let's not put the animals of today into extinction. If we can make a difference, then we should. Let's preserve the past by taking care of the present, so we can have a future that we can continue to learn about the past. Continually learning about our planet is based on how we take care of our environment today. If all one can do is recycle, use wisely of all the resources one has in their home, etc., that will make a big difference.

To prove that the smallest act can produce a lot, look at it this way: 1 + 1 = 11; 11 + 1 = 111; 111 + 1= 1111. The smallest things can add up very quickly. Another words, it two people recycled the impact can be very big. If 3 people did the same, it has a bigger impact. Waste does nothing. Common sense and positive green living does a lot more then one may realize.

If the world is not worth preserving, scientist would not been able to find the fossils to have the article a reality. What we can do now for the benefit of all life in Earth is a step by step process that will preserve all life on Earth for the future.

It is amazing for me to see how much we learn about ourselves from animals and nature all around us. It makes one wonder if that is a very good sign that evolution truly exist. How else can mankind marvel over the things nature has and will continue to teach us? While the rest of the animals have instincts, humans have the special abilities to think, rationalize and act upon it.

I think the biggest reason that so many are sceptics towards evolution is how can these chimps can be turned into something like us. How long did it take for them to be who we are today, and why are the chimps not like us now? As I stated in another blog posting, science and faith are two completely separate things. Science and faith can cross paths, but they are separate in themselves.

Spite what one believes regarding evolution, one cannot simply dismiss the fact that mankind has learned things from nature in the life aspect of the human being. How can a higher being of life learn something from lower life species? Could it be that we once been there and done that? As the old saying, "Learn everything from history, learn nothing from history." Are mankind today learning from their genetic history in order to live the live of today?

If that is so, that is a very interesting concept. It also proves that the circle of life is more then an ideological concept. In that case, the circle of life is more then a simple starting point of existence to the end, and continuing with children starting the whole cycle over again. How I see it, the circle is more complex and fluid then birth to death. Why I think this is due to that there is more to life then a physical life.

We are born with self awareness. We can look at a photo of among others and find ourselves in it. We look in the mirror and realize who we are looking at. We say "I am" to represent ourselves. To say we exist is not arrogance, but the ability to be self aware. The other animals may or may not be able to see themselves in the mirror and realize they are looking at themselves. That right there might be another proof of evolution.

Human beings also can do something that no animal could ever do, believe in something that is higher then themselves, have rituals on that faith, and grow from within themselves do to their faith. Each and every human being has a purpose in life. Can we say that about the rest of the animal kingdom? Not only can man believe in something, they also are their own authors of their faith. Believe it or not, man created faith/religion.

Instead of God creating us in his image, we created him or her in our image. To prove this there no two believers a like even under the same faith. Each one of us thinks differently. In that result we believe differently. There are more fights, feuding, and wars over religions then anything else in history.

Yes, mankind has evolved. Sometimes we act and live more backwards then we should, but mankind has evolved into a higher species from nature all around. Once we accept this, we can start to grow and evolved into better human beings and beyond.

Blessed Be to Isis and you,

is defined as we all are doing the same thing or it all applies to each and every one of us, then no there is no such thing as human nature. What makes us human varies of many factors. One big on is our unique personality. The individual personality does not come from any genome. The human soul is real and a very important aspect of what makes us unique and human.

The biggest reasons why I believe that psychiatry is more of a religion then a scientific understanding is that how can there be a study of humans if we are all different? Even dealing with biological imbalances, the can never be a exact scientific study on the human psyche. Due to new scientific studies, scientist are learning more about the human brain, but there far too many questions with very little answers. Today the knowledge of the human brain is still a large mystery.

Another issue with learning about the human condition is the folklore and misguided information about the human psyche. Even now, we still believe in all that false information about ourselves. It is amazing how powerful the media is to our lives, even the higher educated ones. Even in the 21st Century, we still controlled by historical past propaganda, misleading information. For example, people today still believes that any faith/religion that is not under the Christianity concept is evil. Even in the United States of America, women are still looked at as low classes humans. The only good thing about them is they create babies.

I personally would not want to birth a baby inside my body, but that is not the point. Race is also a negative factor. Most that did not vote for Obama had everything to do to that he was a black man. That has nothing to do with human nature. It has everything to do with human ignorance. All human beings have a natural capacity to think. It seems that a good number do not do so. That has everything to do with volitional responsibilities. It has nothing to do with human nature.

We are humans just the same. We are sexual creatures and should have parents to teach about the human body to us when we are young. Children cannot teach this subject fully to themselves. Reading a book or two can help, but the books cannot interact. To being human takes great care and great responsibilities. No human being instincts. We all must use our brains to learn and apply that knowledge. The human being is far too complex to automatically know something. All we learn in life starts in the home. Parents either home school or send their children to a public/private school.

Human beings can live in nature, but we are more then the bi-product of nature. To prove this to be true, a good number of people live in cities that has not trees or other natural surroundings. This does not mean that we should not live green, but it does mean we can live to some extent without being surround by nature. We are human beings that have the abilities to adapt to our surroundings. Not many animals can do that, or at least to the extent that humans can.

In a sense, there is a such thing as human nature, but not in a way one may think. It is based on too many factors to be labeled in a science lab. Even human culture can be obscured. Human beings are far too complex even to rightfully be described in this blog or even any media form. If individuality is the source of human nature, then one would have to show it in over 6 billion people on Earth. That is the complexity of humans.

Blessed Be to Isis and you,

It is the the scientific observation that was the focus. At the beginning there was something else that got my eye, the openness of the human body that ancient Romans had.

It is very interesting that we followed a great deal of out life in the United States of America from the Ancient Romans. We still make too much of an issue of the human body. To a scientific point of view, that is not good thing. The United States of America is the leading example of all life on Earth, and we simply do not show any great strides towards maturity. Believe it or not, culture is a great part of science dealing with the human element.

The USA has great technologies, but lack on things that could even benefit all life on Earth. We are the lowest on the totem pole on the use of solar energies. Even if the Earth was not in a "global warming" state, we need to start using our resources in the 21st Century. Even though I do not believe that mankind has anything to do with the "global warming," I do believe that we need to act responsibly if we were the cause. Wasting is never a solution, and the people of the USA uses more of the resources in a wasteful manner then any country.

In the USA, mothers breastfeed the least amount then most other countries. Nudity in itself is looked as sinful or bad. Most parents hardly teach anything about the human body to their children. No wonder teenagers are so confused about the human body and sex. What the media shows makes it even more a problem for children/teenagers. There are hardly no parental responsibilities any more in the USA.

With so many ideas and concepts I have seen in the video, I could have easily placed this posting on any of them. There was more science to this video then anything else. History is a type of science, "social science." Maybe one day I will create another blog on history. We can learn to live our lives today and in the future by what we know of our history.

SPQR Rome was a very interesting time in history. Science was the height of that time period. We have thing today due to what we have learned about the ancient Romans, government, science, mathematics, technology, etc. By any means am I saying that Ancient Rome was a perfect Utopian Society. First of all there is not such thing as a perfect world.

The main reason for writing this in my blog is to enlighten all of us today all over the world to learn from history by not repeating the down falls of nations like SPQR. We today in the free world have all sorts of wonders without the tyrannies that ancient Rome had. That is a wonder itself. Another thing, each and every one of us can be as great as the rich in ancient times. Even with our very bad economy that is facing around the world, we have it a lot better then anyone in ancient times.

Lately we have been following the trend the degeneracy of ancient times also. SPQR fell not because of it technical wonders, but the fact they fell into their own comfortable lifestyles without take up the responsibilities of them. It is not easy to balance life itself. The enjoyments of life can be more damaging then the negatives like our very bad economy. I hope that we can learn from the mistakes of our ancient histories, like SPQR. Only time can tell, but since life is not written in stone, we can do something about our future in the here and now.

It looks like a promising start after the United State of America Presidential Election. The next steps will prove how important the right changes are to the USA and the world. Like ripples in a pond, what we do with our lives now can make a difference tomorrow.

Blessed Be to Isis and you,

Brandon Frater Phoenix
Real Name:
In understand something about how people thought and did things in ancient past, I wonder if we have all misinterpret Darwin. I personally never took what he has said about evolution to be random.

During WWII, we have come to realized that there is no such thing as true randomness. I am sure that many have seen that long before this time period. I do not know all that much about the person of Darwin, but I see him to be more intelligent then a person that would use true randomness to describe the evolutionary process. With so many changes through all the years of so many species, how could their be randomness?

If anything that these scientist has proven is that evolution is more real then creationism. There have always been evidence that evolution existed. Now with this discovery of these proteins, it seems to me that there is physical evidence to show that evolution is real. As more study that will be done, it just might take the word theory out of the "Evolution Theory," and make it a scientific fact. In stead killing Christianity, I hope it will enhance it with more information on these proteins.

Christianity like all faiths are mystical. It is only by faith and not sight that makes any religion alive and powerful. I have never seen science wanting to kill any faith/religion. Science is to enhance all life on Earth. This enhancement is not to change or manipulate it in any way, but to come to better understand the world around us in all its forms. Faith can be the results of scientific discoveries if we look at both objectively and what they both are separately and even the two of them as one.

Looking at how people believed in ancient time to how we do today, we have come to appreciate life a lot more. We know more about the beast of the world then man did 5,000 years ago. We also know all sorts of information about our Earth more then our forefathers. Only knowledge can bring out understandings of life itself, including faith in whatever we want to believe in.

There is no reason to fight over the differences of creationism vs evolution. We are who are based on our experiences than mere flesh. As human beings is a given that we want to know how we came to be as humans in general. My point, we should focus more on the why we are here then where we come from. We might end up finding all our answers if we live in the here and now then what was.

To make this journey simple, live in the here and now with our science and technologies. Look for where we come from and where we are going by our faith. Let the facts speak for themselves, and allow the mysticism of our faith to run on two different planes of existence. Trying to mix the two will only cause friction and never enlightenment.

Blessed Be to Isis and you,

Brandon Frater Phoenix
Real Name:
I believe that illusions are caused in the brain. Basically we all see the same. The light enters our eyes and goes through all that it goes through for us to finally see something. It is how we perceive what we see is different. Ink blots are a strong proof of it. Yes our eyes are a big part of how we see, but if it was not for our brains, we would be seeing things upside down.

True our eyes does more the let light in so we can see things, but it is our brain the process all of it. Scientist knows a lot about the human brain, but they still know very little to how our brains fully work. In contrast, there would be more brain surgeons out there. When I was learning about composition in a web design program class, I learned that each person will see a picture differently then another. Actually, everything we see can be consider to be an illusion.

If I was to ask you who you are, how would you answer? One might go through their hobbies and another might state where they lived and how they was raised. Believe it or not, each person would be wrong and right. What makes us who we are is our experiences. Each siblings in a given family would have totally different experiences. What does that mean? It means that we have see life differently then the other.

If people are raised in the same home, how can they see something differently? That answer is easy to answer also: our brains perceives things differently then others, even in the same location. That is the illusion. This does not mean that life itself is an illusion. It only means that all we see is a perception of the same thing in life. There is really no right or wrong answers in life.

Maybe that is why we have faith and other higher authorities in our lives. We need something to govern our lives from not chaos, but from the illusions that we see. The human brain can allow us to see things that are not even there in reality. How do you think so many believes that the human race came from aliens from out space? If we want to believe in anything, we in up making all things we see to follow that type of thinking.

This is where science comes into the picture. Science shows proof. Proof is evidence. It is the evidence that allows science to allow us to have technologies we have today. That is real. Even with our technology we have still fear. We have feared that everything will go to hell in a hand basket after the year 2000. Life is not perfect, but nothing bad happen to this Y2K scare. Even before the Y2K, we feared the microchip.

Movies after movies has shown that microcomputers will still our identity, still our life savings, destroy the Earth, etc. It has been proven that guns does not kill. It is the man that is using a gun. There is not reason to fear guns, but the gun activist constantly throw their propaganda to say that we should fear all guns. I could go on and on with all the different propagandas out there, but my point it how these fears got started in the first place.

It is how we are made to see things that are either there or not there. How can one group of people say that "global warming" is a very serious thing and another group can show differently. Which is right. Both can show proof to argue both counts. Believe it or not, one side is showing the facts in a slanted way to present fear. Why would anyone want to cause fear?

The easiest answer is to control others. How can someone or a group of people do that? They mix the truth with a strong possibility if the trends they are on is right. Illusions can be used to manipulate others. This is the misuse of power over illusions. All this information that is thrown at us is controlled within the brain, and not the eyes. These people throw at us the information that will make then right more then showing proof of the actual event.

Let's go back to people believes that we all mankind came from extra terrestrials. They have hardly any proof. Instead, these people that are leading this endeavor use illusions to get their follower to say all this information is proof that we do come from the stars without showing real evidence. There is not seeing of proof, but there are many that believe we are products of alien having sex with early man that produce who we are today.

My point is not to start some kind of argument with this subject, but to show that illusions are all around us, and to show that it is the human brain that categorize, rationalize, and produce what the eyes see. The eyes are not windows to the soul. It is our experiences that allows us to open the doors to reality. It is up to each and every one of us as human beings to take this great gift and use responsible actions to how we perceive all that we take in our lives.

Blessed Be to Isis and you,

Brandon Frater Phoenix
Real Name: Brandon Bowers

Optical illusions: caused by eye or brain?

Space clouds contain enough water to fill oceans » Radio Podcasts | Earth & Sky

Where did life come from? Is God the creator of life as it states in the Christian Bible? How was life created? Did man evolve or was he created separately from the evolution? It is really had see that mankind was not part of the chain of life on Earth. There are so many similarities we share with other animals. What is more important then how we were created is why are man on Earth?

Does each individual human being on Earth have a purpose, or we just her to exist as so many other animals? We all do have a purpose. Human beings have special connection with life. We are the only creatures on Earth that can think rationally and have skills far beyond anything on Earth. I can see why there are many that thinks that mankind are unique. There is not real proof that mankind has evolved from the rest of the animal kingdom. Though it is hard to break from the similarities we do share with a good many animals.

Before I get too deep in the what ifs, let me bring all this together regarding this blog post. I have seen on several educational programs that scientist believes that we got our water on Earth do to something from outer space. From hearing this audio message, I am seeing that is a strong possibility that there is more to meets the eye in how so much life is so abundant on one planet. I do not believe that all this life came to this planet by some cosmic system only.

If that was the case, we would easily see more life throughout our solar system on most if not all the other planets. If chaos put water on Earth and other aspects that has put so many living things on our planet, there should be life on other planets also. To our technology, we have not found any life forms similar to ours. Does that mean there could be livings throughout our solar system that could be different then what we think life is about? Facts have been stranger then fiction.

I have to state that is water is one of the important aspects of life on Earth, and it is known to be in these space clouds, then I have to believe that all life human or beast must have water to survive. This tells me that there are other life forms as shown in the Cantina of the Star Wars movie, they must need water to live. Another words the basic building blocks of life is for all life, and not just for creatures and humans on Earth.

If there are life throughout our solar system then why have a mega giant space cloud that contains enough water to fill Earth's oceans? I have never head that our Oceans are loosing any amounts of water. Could it be that these space clouds have life in them? I wonder if living kind are able to drink this water? Would it kill us if we drank it? That is the wonders of science. You have more questions then answers. If their was not questions, there might not be the need for science.

What else is out there in space. It is beginning to appear there is more out in space then nothingness. The excitement of knowing what is really out there in space. We all will have to wait till the next chapter comes into play. Only science can turn the next page.

Science can save lives as well as allow people to live longer then history's past, by simply making them healthier. In this podcast video, you will see how this one bacteria can be very deadly.

I am writing this blog posting to encourage anyone that has the love of science and the love and understanding of chemistry to become Medical Lab Technicians or any type work that can help fight off these killer bacterias. As the video stated, bacteria has been around longer then mankind. It is a great survivor, and a deadly foe. Scientist and medial personnel are constantly fighting these micro-organisms. Due to its abilities to fight off antibiotics, it is a a constant uphill battle.

Ever wanted to know the gears and cogs that allows the doctors to do their jobs? It is the Medical laboratory technicians that allows doctors to cure our diseases. They are the ones that develop new medicines for us to take. The understanding of chemistry is a hard thing to master, but it is a very important thing to do. To be a chemist can allow one to do a great deal with live all around us. There is great power with chemistry and great responsibilities.

The understanding of genetics is also a giant step in curing illnesses and aliments of the human body. Due to our technology, scientist have learned a great deal more about chemistry, genome, and all sorts of biological studies then ever before. There are much, much more to learn. That is why knowing science is a must for all of us. When one becomes a professional in these studies, they can do a lot for mankind and life all kinds.

Understanding botany (plant life) can help cure diseases. That is why so many are working hard to preserve the Rain Forest. There are plant life that can only survive within the Rain Forest. If we loose even a square feet of the Rain Forest, we cannot replace the plant life that was there. All life on Earth is sacred and important for all on Earth.

That is why it is very important to throw trash in trash cans and things we can recycle in its proper place. If we can reuse something without having it cost more money than it is worth, then we should do so. That is one way to live green. Living in fear that the Earth will die and fall apart is not living green.

First of all, fear does nothing. The Y2K scare never happened. Neither has any other fears that we had in the past. Fears of voids. They are simply not real. Second, Earth as been around for billions of years if not much longer. We really do not know how old our planet is today. It could be trillions upon trillions of years old. All we have to know it has been around longer then man has. Man has been on Earth less then a fraction of the age of our planet.

Our planet has gone through a lot worse then we could ever see. It is still standing and Earth today has more live then anywhere in the known universe. There might be life on other planets, but Earth has enough to fill most if not all of them as long as the planets can support life on Earth. That is how much life is on our planet today. Through science and technology, life has been living longer then recorded history.

It is due to all the scientist working together for the benefit of all life on Earth. Never turn away from an opportunity to learn about science. It is more then medicine, chemistry, or one study. One might find out that all the studies under the topic of science are one. Due to the vastness of life on Earth, they simply have their own part to play. Science it the greatest adventure known.

Blessed Be to Isis and you,

Excuse me! What does a bunch of scifi writers have to do with science and the environment? Where are the scientist go in this? How stupid can we get when we stop going to educated people in telling about our own environment? Trust me, science fiction writers are not scientist. I know this because I am an amateur science fiction writer. By any means do I have any education that true scientist have. I have a strong love for science. That is why I am writing this blog. In this blog of mine, I share what I read online regarding science.

 <div class="wlWriterSmartContent" id="scid:5737277B-5D6D-4f48-ABFC-DD9C333F4C5D:700ccfcc-8838-4579-8d77-1d1c52841456" style="padding-right: 0px;

To say that Earth cannot cope is a complete and stupid statement. Our Earth has been around millions and million of years. I can rightfully state that Earth has copped with a lot more then what mankind can do to it. If the fools want to leave Earth and live elsewhere, then I will not stop them. Ignorant people have always tried to find the fountain of youth, Utopia, and all the impossible place to reach.

People today are living longer then anytime in recorded history. They are also living healthier. Just the same, there is no such thing as a perfect world or environment. Earth has been through an Ice Age, and all living beings, including man, has survived. Ever since the last Ice Age, the Earth started on a "Global Warming" trend. This warming started long before factories polluted the air, and all the silly things that have been stated that has caused this "Global Warming."

There is one thing I cannot tolerate, and that is ignorance that knows better. I know I do not know it all, and do not want to either. I would be bored out of my skull if I did know it all. What I see today is both man and beast are living their lives and not suffering at all due to any form of climate issues regarding this so called, "Global Warming." DUH, thing are getting warm in places, but again the beast of the Earth are starting to adapt without mankind's help.

When are us silly people going to wake and realize that our planet can take care of itself? With the use of our technology, we are starting to see global differences and how we can keep from wasting the resources we have now. I have not yet seen or read any information that mankind is the cause of all that is happing to our environment. The only people that have made a fuss over the environment are non-scientist. They claim they know more about the Earth then the scientist.

They show a bunch of information without really show anything. DUH, something is happening. That is easy to see, but what does it have to do with mankind. Understand that mankind has been on Earth for less then a fraction of the age of the Earth. We really do not know how old our planet is today. I strongly believe that it is much, much older then any test can give on the age of the Earth. The Earth could be trillions of years old.

There is no telling how any ice ages or hot ages our planet has been through. If we can find evidence of there was at least one ice age, logically there has to be an age that was extremely hot. I cannot prove that is what is going to happen. It could be a possibility just the same. I remember watching a educational show on dinosaurs. The Scientist on the show stated that the environment was very hot. If that is a proven fact, then this so called, "Global Warming" could be a natural occurrence, and we might not be able to do one thing about it.

Will mankind live through this? I say it is a great possibility we can. Life survived the era of the dinosaurs. Life on Earth survived the ice age. In that, I strongly believe that live once again can survive through whatever is happing to the Earth now. if there is a real "Global Warming." Let's face it folks. All this could be one big fearful event. Remember all the fuss on the Y2K. It never happened, but a good many bought power generators, stocked on all sorts of things that was not even necessary.

What about the so called earthquake that was to happen in Missouri. All the press shown was 100% complete fear. Nothing happened. If we are living healthier and longer, then I say life is doing great on Earth. There is not health epidemic in result of this "Global Warming." Fear makes a big deal of of something that is not understood. What do we really know of our planet?

Even our weather records does not go that far to what Earth itself has seen. If mankind itself been on Earth less then a fraction, then that means the weather reports have been around less then that. That is not enough data to come up with what the weather will be like this time in the next 5 years. I have heard weathermen state after a 48 hour weather prediction, it is simply guessing. How can we come up with enough information to tell what the environment is going to do?

Blessed Be to Isis and you,

Brandon Frater Phoenix
Real Name: Brandon Bowers

Earth Can't Cope, New Planets Needed | LiveScience

Black As Barack? Why Race is Wrong - Part 1 | LiveScience

From knowing about ancient history, I have always know that there is no true race on Earth any longer. From conquest of wars over the period of ancient history, the winners took the ladies as spoilers of war. Usually these were mixed races. Throughout ancient history, there was some sort of a war going on. The end result, the human race is one big mixed up of races.

The definition of the word race needs to be redone or thrown out completely. What group of people today are a 100% true race? To save time and money of all the research, there are none to be found. If race is going to be used as a word, then it would be that we are a race, a human race. No matter the skin color, gender, age, where we were born, etc., we are one giant human race.

Saying that white man marrying a black woman is wrong is insulting your own ancestors. The United States of America that has reached one of the largest melting pot of all sorts of human life and endeavor has turned out to be the leading racist nation. There is no excuse for anyone in the USA or anywhere on Earth to be a racist. For the ones that are racist, they only show how stupid they really are.

By looking at a full DNA strand of human beings you will see differences, but can a DNA strand tell what race that person is under? What about gender? What are the differences in male and female? Believe it or not, there are not that much differences in a male or a female. We both have breast. For our genitalia, one is on the outside while the other in on the inside.

Of course there is more to a male and a female then the sex organs, but my point is that what makes a person is a lot more then gender and the other genetics characteristics. I know that I am a male. I am happy to be a male. I would not want be anything else, but I know that I am more then a male. What makes who I am is based on my experiences throughout my life. Who I am has nothing to do with the racial genes that are in me.

When I marry one day, I will want to marry a female, but it does not matter what race she is because the love I will have for her has nothing to do with genetics. Individuality is unique and has nothing to do with race or gender. When it comes to electing a President of the United States of America or whomever, it would be very stupid if we did not vote for that candidate just one race and gender. It is the ideals that we are voting that person represents.

Talking about marriage, if two of the couples are of the same gender and they love each other that much to commit themselves to a marriage, then why can they not marry. Laws are to protect and serve all people. How can two same sex couples be a danger to society? The answer is real simple, there is no danger.

Only blinded religious people makes something that is nothing into a giant pain in the ass. Science is what rules. There is not scientific evidence that shows that any human being is a true race. Nor is there any scientific evidence to show that a female cannot do the same things as a male just because her sex organs are in the inside while the male sex organs are on the outside.

To see which gender is tougher, what a female goes through every month, I would personally cry just thinking about going through it. As baring a child within me, forget it!

Blessed Be to Isis and you,

Brandon Frater Phoenix
Real Name: Brandon Bowers

Black As Barack?
I have another blog, The Human Body. The sole purpose of this blog is to get parents to teach their own children. After reading this article, I thought I should put it in my science blog.

The wonders of science allows all of us to live our lives to the fullest. We have a vast and fast growing technical development that effects all aspects of our lives, including medicine. It is true that a lot that suffers with Hepatitis might be asking for it with out of control sexual behaviors, drug use, etc., but they are human beings. They have the right to have these diseases removed from them. Finding cures for STDs, AIDS, or any form of hepatitis is not allowing these people to get away with their horrible mistakes.

Science in all of its many, many categories is the means of allowing all human beings as well as all living thing on Earth to live and to flourish. If it was not for modern science and technology we might not realized how important it is for all of us to take care of nature all around us. Once again, science goes to prove that ignorance is never a solution. Only knowledge and continuing to learn can we all grow and mature in life.

I for one believe that if someone is going to continue to have sex with anyone and everyone, then they are their own worse enemy. Just the same, they are human beings. Even though they are only destroying themselves, they still have the right to be cured of any STDs or any other disease the is the result of their bad choices in life. That is one of the reasons for science, to improve man's existence even it they do not deserve the healing.

One time I was watching this news program about prostitution. There is one teenagers that stated she went into prostitution just to feel loved. Right then and there she was a victim of child abuse. No matter how one looks at it, there is no reason to hurt or abuse a child. Sexual activities does express love, but being a prostitute does not mean love. How many more victims like this young girl faces some disease? No matter what the reason for getting the disease, they are human beings and they deserve to be cured even if they go back and repeat their own mistakes.

The purpose of this posting is support any medical research for a cure. Love is the only solution in life. Science is the mechanics of that love when it comes to improving someone's life. When parents can teach their own children about the human body, it will help make the difference in getting any form of STDs, but it will not stop teenagers from having sex with others. There are children that do have parents that teach them properly of the human body, but these children some how follow the wrong crowd and gets pregnant/STDs.

Should society wave their angry bitter long finger at them and say, "It is your fault." The punishment is already set upon the ones that gets any sexual disease. The parents/family members needs to them treat the one that is in this predicament with love and compassion. If scientist did not do that towards their patience, then there the medicines we have today.

Blessed Be to Isis and you,

Brandon Frater Phoenix
Real Name: Brandon Bowers

GSK snaps up Hepatitis drug developer
This article is about making portable devices a lot easier if not better to use then we have them today.

Yes, our economy is trouble, but the technology age is growing fast. All of this is due to science. That is why I am starting a new blog, "Brandon Science Blog." To most science is hard and unfriendly. I hope that this blog can prove otherwise. It might not make science easier, but I am hoping to enlighten my readers to see that it is fun beyond all understandings.

Science is the core of all thing around us. When we wake up in the morning, there is science. Every thing in the home deals with science. The outdoors has everything to do with science. We cannot escape science. Science has just about endless subcategories. I would love to add these categories to this posting, but it would make this posting one of the largest blog posting in history.

Going back to our economy, I strongly believe a big portion of why we are in this economic slump is due to the majority of the citizens of the United States of America fears change. Want to or not, we are changing from the Industrial Age to the Technology Age since the 1970s. We are here today using tons of different kinds of cell phones and many more types of portable devices. The issue I see, the baby boomers do not want to change.

I have also noticed that a lot of religious people do not want to change either, especially the radicals believers. Please do not get me wrong, I am not against faith of any kind. The issues are how I believe will be different then someone else. Forcing someone else's believes on others is very dangerous. I believe it is this "I fear change" that is hurting our economy more then anything.

Just the same, science is still going forward at alarming rates. In times to come, I will post more and more in this blog to show and enlighten the wonders all around us. Science is the major aspect that allows all nations to grow and prosper in the world we live in. In that, we must be rational and responsible.

Science is becoming so advanced that anyone could easily play god with it. All that use science might need to stop and think, "Should we be doing this?" The "we can" will always be there, but what we need to really ask "should we." Like in the movie "Jurassic Parks." Should they be creating living dinosaurs and have them live in the 21st Century?

Spite the wonders of science, no one can be a god or goddess. Scientist can only practice their skills of science. Moral issues have a giant part to play, but religion should not govern science activities as scientist should not do things just in the sake of science.

Now that the common sense of science is said and done, science is fun. All we need to do is look at a child and see how fun it is. To see how other living creatures on Earth lives and acts is a wonder in itself. How nature behaves in all sorts of weather day by day is beyond any words that can truly describe. The stellar universe that we see in the sky has a beauty all it own.

How others behaving and act in day to day life is a wonder to see. We are all human beings, but each individual has its own signature to show the world. Even history itself has a giant scientific discoveries. Due to our technologies we can learn how the ancient Egyptians created the Pyramids. In all this and more, science has everything to do with our day-to-day lives.

After reading each blog, we all will be able to see something new and wonderful about our lives, the world around us, and everything that has to do with science.

Blessed Be to Isis and you,

Brandon Frater Phoenix
Real Name: Brandon Bowers

Freescale MEMS Accelerometers Ideal for Cell Phones and Portable Media Players
